I'm buying the appartment I've been living in for the past
couple of years for a very small amount of money compared to what
it's worth, but the bank still won't let me borrow money from them.
The worst part is their arguments, though, because they want me to
be a customer in their bank for more than a couple of weeks, so
they want to wait until I get home from US in January and then
we'll look at it... But the four months from now will be nothing
but me spending money, so it doesn't match my regular budget AT
ALL. Danish banks = EPIC FAIL. Time and time again.

couldn't sell it for 978K, so I get to buy it for 1/3 of that
price, becuase it's my dad's and he can sell at the price he wants
(with permission from the board and the administration).
